How to easily find duplicate Contacts or Accounts

[Zoho Desk] How to easily find duplicate Contacts or Accounts

Zoho Desk has the capability to track duplicates in the Customer module. This makes it easy if you would like to do clean-up of your Customers or Accounts and make sure there are no duplicates. Follow these steps on how to do that.

1. Go to the Customers module 


2. Click on 3 dots on top right corner of the screen > select "De-duplicate Contacts


3. Select field that to search for duplicate records > Click "Next"

4. You will see duplicate records as below > Hover the cursor on the initial > click to select


5. You may select if you would like to Update, Delete or Merge the records
