[Zoho Books] How To Create Multiple Months Income Statement Reporting

To populate the Profit and Loss for several months, it can be achieved by using the Customize Report function.

1) Click the Customize Report button located on the top left panel.

2) To populate the P&L into several months, make sure the date range status is 'This Month'

3) Select 'Previous Period' in the field 'Compare With' and select the number of periods

4) Click 'Run Report'

It also can be saved as a Custom Report for future reference.
