Maybank Bank Feed Issue Resolved in Zoho Books (Yodlee Update 2025)
We’re pleased to announce that the issue affecting Maybank bank feeds via Yodlee in Zoho Books — as previously reported in
our original announcement — has now been successfully resolved.
Background
As many of you may recall, the disruption with Maybank (Yodlee) bank feeds was first identified over a year ago. While the issue was ongoing, we provided a manual workaround for importing bank statements in Zoho Books to ensure you could continue reconciling your transactions without disruption.
What’s New
We’re happy to confirm that the bank feed sync for Maybank via Yodlee is now working as expected.
You may now:
- Re-authenticate your bank feed
- Resume automated syncing of your Maybank transactions in Zoho Books
- For users who had previously switched to manual uploads, this is a great time to reconnect your bank account and return to automated reconciliation.
How to Get Started
If you're ready to resume syncing:
- Go to Zoho Books > Bank Feeds
- Select your Maybank account
- Reconnect and authenticate your login using your online banking credentials
You should start seeing updated transactions within a few minutes.
