If you’ve just been set up with a Zoho Mail account by your organization, here’s a quick and easy guide to help you log in for the first time and set your personal password.

Step-by-Step: First-Time Login to Zoho Mail

  1. Go to Zoho Mail

  2. Enter your email address (eg: name@yourdomain.com)

  3. Use the default password that has been provided by your organization

  4. You’ll be prompted to create a new password

    1. Your new password must:
      1. Be 8 to 250 characters long
      2. Include at least 1 number
      3. Include at least 1 special character

  5. Login Again

    1. Once you’ve set your password, you’ll be redirected to the login page.
    2. Enter your email and the new password to access your inbox.
You can also access your emails on mobile by installing the Zoho Mail app from the App Store or Google Play.
