[Zoho Expense] Type of Users Role in Zoho Expense

There are three (3) types of roles that you can assign to your employees after inviting them as a user.

 

Admin

This role can access all modules without restriction. You can invite users, manage policies, set up expense categories, view reports, assign roles, create approval flow and configuring other modules in Zoho Expense.

 

Approver

If you are an approver, you can view your subordinates' reports to approve and submit your own expense and reports but you are not allowed to manage settings.

 

Submitter

A submitter can only submit their expense and reports. They are not allowed to approve and view others' reports.
