Importing Records in Zoho CRM

[Zoho CRM] Importing Records

Sometimes you need to import a lot of records at once into Zoho CRM. This is a very common phenomenon. You wouldn't want to create your records one by one, moreover if they're in the thousands! Worry not, as it is really easy to do so in Zoho CRM. Please note that this is subject to the permission given by your administrator. For .xlsx file, the maximum record line is 5,000, and with .csv, you can go further up to 20,000 lines at one time. For further instructions, watch the video below:
