[Zoho Books] How To Create Categories Of Account

To create the categories, it can be achieved by creating a reporting tag for each category. Below is the step to create the reporting tag:

1) Under the setting, click Preferences

2) Select 'Reporting Tags'

3) Click 'New Tags' button

5) Put the tag name as "Customer Category" and put the said categories in the options.

6) Click Save once done

Once finished, please update all customers' records in the Customer module.
