Zoho CRM is a great tool to interact with your leads and customers. In Zoho CRM, it is possible to integrate it to any mail services using IMAP settings. The best email service provider for it is of course, Zoho Mail. 

What are the perks of integrating your Zoho CRM with your mail account?
  • Whenever you email your leads/contacts from your email app, it will also be reflected inside the Zoho CRM and vice versa
  • When you get email from your leads/contacts, you can get notified via in-app notification in Zoho CRM
  • You no longer have to go inside Zoho CRM just to email your leads/contacts. But even if you do, this will also be reflected inside your email app as well.
  • Email intelligence! Zoho CRM lets you see whether the email you sent has been opened, clicked, bounced, or otherwise. This will be proven useful later on.
