How to Mail Merge and save as individual files in Zoho CRM

There are times when you need to save your mail merge file first before sending it out. Let me show you how it can be done. 
1. Go to the required module
2. Select the record
3. Click the 3 Dots icon  and click "Mail Merge"
4. In the Mail Merge popup, select the required document and click Merge

You will be redirected to the template in Zoho Writer. Here you may edit the template if required.

5. On the left, under the "Choose Output" section, select "Merge and save as individual files" and click "Proceed"
 

6. In the "Create Merged Document" popup, do the following:
  1. Select "Create separate documents"
  2. Enter the desired Filename
  3. Choose a location to save the file
  4. Under Save As, choose the desired file type to be saved e.g. pdf files
  5. Click "Save"


7. The file will be saved in the chosen folder
