In response to a recent announcement by Meta, the API for Facebook Groups will be deprecated, rendering it unavailable for integration with third-party social media management applications.

So, Facebook Groups won't be accessible in any Zoho Social plans from April 22, 2024. This means that you won't be able to manage your Facebook Groups from Social and perform actions like publishing and scheduling posts. You also won't be able to view post details, scheduled posts, and posts waiting for approval under the Posts tab.

Any posts previously scheduled to go live after April 22, 2024, will not be published. Instead, they will be automatically moved to Drafts without any data loss. You can choose to publish these posts directly from the Meta platform.

We understand that this may disrupt your current social content strategy. However, please be assured that Zoho is actively exploring options to reintroduce support for Facebook Groups via API on Zoho Social. We will keep you informed of any developments in this regard.
