This one goes out to those in HUMAN RESOURCES!
In case you didn't already know, this feature utilizes the Outlook Actionable Cards (OAC), which can be accessed when you register for Zoho People with your Microsoft Account. With an easy one-time link between your Zoho and Outlook account, you're good to go!
This integration with Microsoft using OAC that would allow you, as an admin and approver, the authority to VIEW, APPROVE or REJECT requests using MICROSOFT OUTLOOK if you're listed as an approver in the 'To' address. Comments can be added as well to give more context to the decision made.
