Zoho Finance API Domain Change: Important Update for API Users

Hello!

We have an important update regarding the domain used for Zoho Finance APIs. Up until now, both the Zoho Finance applications and their corresponding APIs shared a common domain. However, to enhance service efficiency and provide a better user experience, Zoho has introduced separate domains for APIs.

Key Points

  • Effective Date: Starting April 1, 2024, the old domains will cease to function for API users.
  • New Domain: API users are required to switch to the new zohoapis.com domain for API calls.
  • Migration Tool: To simplify the process of updating domains in custom functions, Zoho has developed a tool available within each application. You can access this tool by navigating to Settings > Automation > Workflow Actions > Custom Functions and clicking on View Tool on the top banner. Please verify the changes before you click "Update Domain".
