[Zoho Desk] iOS v2.8 Update
The Zoho Desk mobile app (v2.8) for iOS has recently received an update that introduces a range of new features and enhancements. Zoho has utilized the capabilities of iOS 17 to offer users a smoother and more productive experience.
Here's what's new:
Approvals Module: You can now effortlessly view, approve, and reject approval records directly from the mobile app. Take a look at the screenshot below for a quick preview:

Pending Approval: Easily manage approval actions right from your device's Home screen.
Pick-up Unassigned Tickets: Quickly pick up and handle the 'Unassigned Open' tickets using this widget.
