Zoho is delighted to announce an update regarding the limits of fields in subforms on layouts. They have made adjustments to accommodate your evolving needs and provide a more adaptable user experience. The increased field limits enable you to capture more detailed information.
Increased subform field limit on layouts
Previously, the limit was set at 10 fields per subform on a layout. Zoho is pleased to announce that the new limit for fields for each subform on a layout has been increased from 10 to 25. This enhancement allows you to capture and organize even more information within your subforms.
Expanded subform field limits for decimal, percentage, and currency data types
In addition to the overall increase in subform field limits, Zoho have specifically addressed the limits for decimal, percentage, and currency data types. Previously capped at 10 fields, they are excited to announce that they have extended the limit to 20 fields for these specific data types. This adjustment empowers you to gather a broader range of financial and numerical data within your subforms.
Points to be noted
These new limitations apply to both the Enterprise and Ultimate editions of Zoho CRM.
The new limits are also applicable for system subforms, like product line items in the inventory modules.
